Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All products sold through our store are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help us process your request, send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to: heritage.archive.md@gmail.com

After reviewing the issue, we’ll arrange a refund for the damaged product if eligible.

Order Cancellations

If your order needs to be canceled after confirmation, you will be notified via email.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
