We offer a free consultation for our archive and provenance services. This allows you to discuss your needs and learn how we can help before committing to a full service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including cards, UPI, cash, and digital wallets.

What shipping options are available?

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only shipped within our local region.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at heritage.archive.md@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, we’ll arrange a refund for the damaged product if eligible.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds, except in the rare case of an item damaged during shipping.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order is canceled after confirmation, you will be informed via email.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

No, once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
